Staff Attrition Rate It is well known that faculty and staff alike at Carlos Rosario are committed to student success, and their experience and professionalism contribute to the organization’s stability. The attrition rate for the 2006-2007 school year was 22%. The staff attrition rate for full-time teachers was very low, 7%, which represents the satisfaction and loyalty of full-time teachers. 7. Salary Range and Average Salary for Teachers and Administrators The potential salary range for teachers is $36,000 to $61, 991 and the average teacher salary is $48, 125. The potential salary range for school administrators is $55,000 to $90,000 and the potential range for central office administrators is $40,000 to $125,000. D. Student Characteristics 1. Number of Students Enrolled by Grade In the ESL classes, Carlos Rosario adult immigrant students are placed according to the level of their English proficiency. In addition, Computer Literacy students must be eligible for Level 5, Workplace Computer students must be eligible for Level 6, students in GED classes must be eligible for Level 8, Citizenship course students must be eligible for Level 2, Culinary Arts students must be eligible for Level 6, and CSS 100 and CSS 200 students must be eligible for Level 7. Since students within each Family Literacy Program class are at different levels of English proficiency, differentiated instruction is offered at each site. TABLE 3 provides information about student enrollment.
