D. Reporting Accountability Information
Information gathered from surveys, audits, and meetings is disseminated through school
newsletters, assemblies, board meetings, and annual reports, as well as through the participation
of staff and students in community town hall meetings and City Council hearings. Information
has also been distributed through public service informational spots on television channels 4, 5,
7, 8, 9, and 30 and through radio broadcasts on the Radio America station. Also, several
newspapers carried numerous stories on the progress and success of the School as we held the
first Recognition Ceremony at our new location on Harvard Street.
Findings of the Program Development Review and the Middle States Association
Validation Team Visit Report were distributed to the Charter Authority, all board members, staff
and faculty in order to ensure the awareness of Carlos Rosario School stakeholders of the
program priorities, and to facilitate an interchange of suggestions for program improvements.
