Trails MB Funded Trail Projects
Lac du Bonnet - $ 2,000 Trail Maintenance
This project included brushing and mowing approximately 15 kilometers of various sections of the Bluewater Trail South in the RM of Lac du Bonnet and on Manitoba Hydro right of way . Some portions of this trail also required levelling to fill in ruts and degradation caused by unwanted ATV activity . The Lac du Bonnet Trail Association conducts maintenance twice during the spring / summer / fall season to ensure the trail is in a condition that is hazard-free and attractive to trail users .

Centennial Trail - $ 6,600 + PM & Design Services Signage Improvement Project
This project consisted of the design , fabrication and installation of 4 kiosks ( trailheads ), 10 Trail Access signs , 32 Trail Junction signs , and 1636 wayfinding signs that are needed for trail user safety given the remoteness of the Trail . All existing signage along the Trail is being removed as part of this project .
