This first edition of our CSR report marks an important milestone for PiLeJe. It extends a commitment rooted over more than thirty years and makes it visible.
Working in the fields of health, nutrition and advice means shouldering a particular responsibility.
This report gives an account of it: our method, what we have built, and what we still need to improve. We have chosen transparency. Acknowledging where we must still make progress is, in our view, the best way to honour the trust placed in us by our employees, our pharmacist partners, healthcare professionals and patients.
In publishing this first edition, I want to present a company that is clear-sighted, committed and determined. A company that sees responsibility not as an optional extra, but as the very condition of staying true to its mission. My thanks go to all those who bring this ambition to life, every day.
