www.worldanimeclub.com PLOT: The plot of Attack on Titan is a very simple one: Titans have taken over everywhere except for a single location inside three walls, each of which has its own section and name. The simplest part of the plot is that the titans have to be defeated so the humans can win. But then, is there something deeper involved here? The series continuously hints at something mysterious which is still unknown to us. CHARACTER DESIGN: The characters have a nice physical design which is unique, with dark lines emphasized at the edges of the character designs, which is actually quite pleasing. Their personalities too all differ from one another which is absolutely amazing. A great example of this is that the main character wants to destroy all the titans while another character that you meet in later episodes wants the simple life of staying in the safest part of the human area. To me, this is brilliant with the amount that they actually differ from one another. ANIMATION: The style of this anime’s animation is really dark but it’s so insanely brilliant that I love it. It runs generally smooth, and the animation seems very fluid. OTHER NOTES: Dark though this is, it still has plenty of comical moments. I’m not going to give any of them away though so you should go watch it for yourselves. PERSONAL RATING: I would have to give this a solid 8.64 purely for the amazing graphics and music if nothing else. The storyline being so basic made it lose a few points but this is my opinion so don’t send me any hate mail. Albums The albums that have been released are: Shingeki no Kyojin Opening & 2nd Opening Single (by Linked Horizon), Shingeki no Kyojin Ending Single (by Yoko Hikasa), Shingeki no Kyojin - Trailer Soundtrack (by Immediate Music), Shingeki no Kyojin the Original Soundtrack (by Hiroyuki Sawano, Mika Kobayashi, Mpi, Rei, Aimee Blackschleger, Cyua and CASG) and Shingeki no Kyojin Original Soundtrack 2.
