Music: The music fits every possible situation,
including a happy and bubbly opening theme
called “Fantastic Future” performed by
Yukari Tamura. Right from the beginning
the music is classical before turning
quickly sour with the appearance of
a scary character. Further in, you get
to hear comical sounding music.
That all said, the music fits
the story and is mostly soothing
with a little exhilaration tossed
in every now and then. It’s a
brilliant mix and works perfectly.
The end theme (“Baby Sweet
Berry Love” by Yui Ogura) is
one of my personal favorites
when it comes to theme
songs. It’s sweet, adorable
and just fills you with a warm
happy feeling that brings a smile to
the face of anyone that hears it.
Other Notes: Hentai Ouji To
Warawanai Neko first started as a light novel
back in 2011 which had its 6th issue released on
March 25 of this year. The manga was first released
on August 23, 2011 and was released in English on
October 13, 2012. This anime is licensed by the Sentai
Filmworks in North America and will be available on
DVD, Blu-ray and Digital later in the year, so keep
an eye out for it.
Personal Rating: With the music
and characters fitting so well with each
other and how the plot goes, I must
give it a rating of 7/10. It lost some
points because of the plot getting
sidetracked (or at least felt like
it). I still highly recommend
this to anyone who enjoys
the comedy, ecchi and
romance genres and
also anyone else who just
wants a good laugh at
some fun antics.
