Platypus live in rivers, streams and lakes, as they are a semi-aquatic animal can live in and out of the water. They also live in tunnels that they dig and that can measure from 1 to 30 meters. Platypus have some spikes on their paws, that have a poisonous toxin.
The most interesting thing about platypus is that, despite being a mammal, they lay eggs like an oviparous. Moreover, platypus are also well known for coming out in some cartoons. The most famous one is a series called Phineas and Ferb, in which one of the main characters is a platypus names Perry The Platypus. He is a secret agent.
