Weather
Catches are very low with the
calm, clear waters. Any patch of
colour that can be found yields a
few fish but it is generally right
into the kelp. Sharks remain
abundant.
The East Wind is trying to blow now and
then. During the wind, sand and the heat
can be a problem but an hour after it stops
the fish usually feed very well. The sea is still
quite warm for this time of year and very
calm and clear. The areas from Walvis Bay all
the way up to Mile 26 have patches of
sulphur, especially around Vier Kant Klip and
into the bay area of Walvis Bay.
