LGIT Apple Surprise
Sweet Treat for the Holiday Season

Recipe:
- ¼ cup grated apple - I use the cheese grater
- Mix with one egg and one tsp of hazelnut flour
- Make two small cakes and fry in coconut oil for about 5
minutes
- Prepare whipped cream with a drop of stevia
- Layer the cream between the apple cakes and decorated
with a 1tbs of blueberries & Enjoy!
