Ready to relocate soon
PACF acquires new property
THE deal is on and very soon the Philippine Australian Community Foundation
Inc will be listed in a new address: 50 Forge Street, Blacktown City.
ONCE cash-strapped, the
PACF which sold its property on Grange Avenue, Schofields recently for $2.5million
has just taken another step to
reinvigorate its existence. The
PACF is set to move to a new
property where it intends to relocate, at a cost of $1.29million.
“There is no turning back,

chairman Manny Villon told
AK when asked about the
foundation’s transfer to a new
site.
“We are happy that we will
be right in the middle of Blacktown,” he said.
According to Mr. Villon, the purchase deal for the
Blacktown premises was officially sealed with the signing
of the contract on September 7.
The new area comprises
approximately 800sqm of indoor space and about 200sqm
outdoors
