Bugayong takes Phil-Aust Golf Challenge
BERT Bugayong from Blacktown and member of Sydney
Jokers Social Golf Club won
the PASC Sydney Eagles 14th
Philippines-Australia Golf
Challenge held last month at
the Liverpool Golf Club. He
ran away with the monumental trophy and cash prize of
$150 for his unbeatable score
of 35 points using his handicap of 14 under the stableford
method.
“I’m very happy and did not
expect to win due to my very low
points score” said Bert.
During the awards presentation, Manny Castillo (PASC
President) thanked those who
participated and supported the
Philippine-Australia Golf Challenge now on its 14th year. He
also thanked the sponsors headed by MVA Financial Services, World Remit and others for
their financial assistance. Special thanks to Laura Marquinez
for her assistance in the promotion and administration of the
tournament.
