Photo: Francis (Boy) de los Santos FACAES induction night THE first ever Filipino community association in the Randwick-Maroubra area, the Filipino-Australian Community Association, Eastern Sydney (FACAES), held its induction ceremony last month for their new officers. PHILIPPINE Consul General in Sydney, Anne Jalando-on Louis was guest speaker and inducting officer at the programme held at the Masonic Centre in Kensington. The programme included the group’s ‘Father’s Day’ celebration. The new officers will serve for the 2014-2016 term of office. Inducted to office were Eufrosina (Precy) Santos as president; Rhoderic (Rod) Soriano, vice president; Francis (Boy) de los Santos, secretary; Edison Tomas, auditor; Rogelio (Ogie) Santos, business Manager; Charmaine Tomas, business manager, Nikki Garcia, PRO; Diana Orozco, treasurer; Bong Fernandez business manager; Jojo Padolina and Adrian Salva (PROs), Dolly Borbe, Lee Meekan and Lillian de los Reyes (advisers), Roque Molavin, security coordinator, Lani Manansala, events coordinator.
