We all love Filipino food. The couple is excited to attack these all-time
favourite Filipino food – notably that Pinoy-style barbecue with rice. The
entry sender, Victor Valdez, said he’s been in his ‘Lucky 7’ years in Australia
having settled here in Oz in 2008. He is here in the photo with his wife at the
Pamana Restaurant in Chatswood to celebrate the birthday of one of their
dancers. He’s an entrepreneur and a choreographer. The couple also run
their own business – cleaning services and products distributor. Victor says
his favourite Pinoy dish is kare kare.
