Peace and Order situation in
the region highlighting the
significant decrease in Total
Crime Volume by 6.15% in
2018, both of Index and Non-

Carranza said “We can
safely say that we successfully
sustained the reduction of
crimes” attributing it to the
relentless consistent conduct
of PRO4A’s Plans and
Programs; Best Practices; and
Strategic Crime Interventions.
A 23.90% reduction
on crimes based on the
comparative distribution of
eight focus crimes (theft,
physical
injury,
robbery,
murder, rape, carnap mc,
homicide and carnap mv)
for the period January 1 to
August 31, 2018 as against the
same period last year which
is basically attributed to the
sustained efforts of all the
provincial offices.
Pointing
to
the
downtrend on the number
of crime incidents, Carranza
stressed “that there is a
significant reduction of crimes
from the assumption of office
of our regional director in June
