271 children benefit in Food for
Offcer-in-Charge
Growth Program
of the rovincial Cooperative,
Municipality of Tanza, Cavite – A
total of 271 pre-school children
beneficiaries
from
selected
barangays in the municipalities of
Amadeo and Tanza participated
in the closing activity of the
successful 120 days Food for
Growth Program.
The feeding program
was initiated by the Provincial
Government of Cavite thru the
Provincial Social Welfare and
Development Office (PSWDO)
in cooperation with the Provincial
Cooperative
Development
Council (PCDC) that aimed for
the rehabilitation of almost 100%
of the participating children.

to give recognition to all the
concerned government agencies
and partakers who gave their
support for the success of the
program.

Meanwhile,

December 17, 2018 more
than three thousand agile
senior citizen volunteers of

participated in the Kalinga sa
Kalikasan project that aimed
to protect the environment
and control pollution for
the sake of their children’s

acknowledged the attendees and
introduced a livelihood program

of appreciation to the programs’
proponents
including

PCDC, Anabu Development
Cooperative, Municipal Nutrition

The children were also
given certificate of appreciation
and school supplies kit that will

IGNITING THE FIRE OF SENSITIVITY FOR THE CITIZENS OF IMUS
On behalf of Governor Boying Remulla, the medical mission team composed of the employees and medical practitioners
from the OPG-Extension and the Provincial Health Office ignited the fire of sensitivity as they took part in conducting
the free healthcare services to the locals of the City of Imus held at Pasong Buaya II which benefited 532 residents
on January 9, 2019. As they checked the health conditions of the children and other residents in the area, they also
distributed prescribed medicines and vitamins which can boost in supplementing their healthcare needs. Dental
services were also rendered by dentists from General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital (GEAMH) and the City
Health Office of Imus to almost 64 residents. 3rd District Board Member Larry Nato was also present during the
mission, together with some local officials who took time to roam around the vicinity to assist and ensure the smooth
facilitation of the mission
