FINANCIAL REPORT
In fiscal year 2012, Anderson Ranch Arts Center achieved its financial goals while continuing to successfully deliver all
of its workshop and residency programs. Summer enrollments increased as compared to the prior year, and the Ranch
enjoyed its most successful fundraising Recognition Dinner to date.
Once again we ended the year with a budget surplus in addition to making many renovations to the campus facilities
and equipment including final renovation to the Fischer Photography Center, and new roofs for the Maloof Wood Barn
and the Wyly House Dormitory.
Anderson Ranch completed an audit executed by RAFFA, P.C. of Washington, D.C. The auditors were able to give an
unqualified opinion as to the accuracy and fairness of our financial statements as of December 31, 2012.
Extensive efforts on the part of all donors and staff made this possible. Ongoing management in this direction continues
to ensure a solid, fiscally responsible future for Anderson Ranch.
