What is the Employer Recognition Scheme ?
The Employer Recognition Scheme encourages employers to support Defence and inspire others to do the same .
Through a 3-tier award approach the scheme recognises the different levels of commitment provided by organisations . This allows the Ministry of Defence to publicly thank and honour those organisations for their support .
Providing they have signed the Armed Forces Covenant organisations can take advantage of this unique opportunity by nominating themselves for a Bronze award .
Silver & Gold awards are bestowed upon organisations meeting specific criteria and as such are highly competitive .
