Birmingham has a fantastic line-up of gigs and events for music, theatre and comedy fans.
November sees Laura Mvula's return to her hometown. Laura attended Birmingham City University to study a degree in BMus Composition. Surprisingly the Phenomenal Woman admitted that she wasn't keen on performing prior to attending university. No worries in that department anymore, Mvula is a consistent live performer and we're sure that her visit to the O2 Institute on Nov 29. will be an electrifying one.
Also on the cards, before the year is out, is a night with comedian White Yardie. The hilarious character is returning to Birmingham with his Straight Outta Jamaica tour. The comic's show sold out within a few days of releasing tickets.
