This photo was taken during a rainy season. I was at my house, and I had a good opportunity to take the picture. In this photography, I used a cup of tea and herbs as the main objects and a window, covered by raindrops, as the background. I also used a flourescent lamp to give an adequate lighting for the object.
Current climate condition has made several people to suffer from a seasonal disease like influenza or colds( especially in tropical region). However, we could prevent ourselves from getting illed by consuming natural remedies, that can boost our immune system. These remedies contain some substances like vitamins and flavonoids that help our body to adapt to a sudden climate change. In Indonesia, it is very common for the local people to consume hot tea and hot remedies during rainy season or when they get illed.
This photography tries to persuade people to consume herbs as an alternative medicine. These traditional medicines are relatively cheap, and more importantly, they almost have no side effects on the consumer. Nowadays, people only rely on sythetic drugs that sometimes give an unpleasant side effects. So, these traditional medicines might have a good prospect in the future.
