Notes and Reminders
I would like to welcome our New members and let you know that if you ever have any questions or concerns, that any of your fellow pilots and any AvA Staff can help. I also would like to invite you guys to join us on our weekly group flights on Mondays and Thursdays and to join us on teamspeak!
Speaking of Group Flights....FOR ALL PILOTS, PLEASE JOIN US and fly in AvA's Group Flights every Monday and Thursday. These flights are not only supposed to be Group Flights online, but it is a great time to go on Teamspeak and get to know others, including your Staff. If you have any questions or concerns, this is also a great time to come and ask. We are here to help and if we can't answer your question and help you, one of our fellow pilots can. SO PLEASE COME ON OUT AND JOIN US!
If you guys are busy or can't fly for this month, PLEASE fill out a LOA. It DOES NOT take more than 2-3 Minutes, maybe less, to fill it out AND you won't have to worry about a Termination Warning. I also sent out Termination Warnings last night, and if you got one, just contact me.
Many flights are still missing from our Timetable, however, we have found a
temporary solution and that is the American Airlines Official Timetable. You can
find it here:
http://www.aa.com/i18n/travelInformation/airportAmenities/electronicTimetable.jsp
You can also download the PDF File, which can take a while if you don't know what flight OR you can download the PC Desktop (which I highly recommend). If you use this Timetable, please let me know in the Comments Section and for a code share, put the page number and flight number.
