PowerHouse Valve Guide Seals
Available in year/model-specific versions for
Ironhead Sportsters (1957/1985), late Shovelheads
(1981 and later), Big Twin Evo and Twin Cams and
1986 through 2003 Sportsters (intake and exhaust,
some intake machining required), these PowerHouse
valve guide seals from Hazelwood, Missouri based
Mid-USA Motorcycle Parts are said to be "the best
valve guide seals available."
Made from elastic Viton fluoropolymer, with 5%
Teflon added to help prevent excessive valve to seal
friction. A metal garter spring retains a constant valve
seal to valve tension for precise oil control.
Additional features include a bonded steel jacket,
providing a secure fit to the valve guide and internal
guide seals for 2004 and
up Twin Cams (Metal Body
Top Hat design) and 2017
and later M-8 engines with
'Supreme' Top Hat design.

valve guide without the use of a valve seal
installation tool, but that still hold snug after

Racing has expanded its line-up of options for
its popular MotoPro45 and DBX45 slip-on
exhausts for Touring models with the addition
of new 4.5" Moto Series end caps.
Specially designed to "stand out in the crowd
and add a color-matched or contrasting
accent to the mufflers, the 'Slot' and 'Merge'
styles are now available in the new 4.5" size
in both black and chrome color options."
CNC-machined in-house using U.S. sourced
billet aluminum, both designs "perfectly
complement our Moto Series inverted air
cleaners for a combination that provides
a cohesive look throughout the
motorcycle while also improving its
performance."
Compatible with 4.5" MotoPro45 and
DBX45 slip-on exhaust systems for 1995
and later Touring models, they are
available in pairs and can be installed
with basic tools. Additionally, MotoPro45
slip-on systems for 2017 and later Harley
Touring models are available pre-configured
with either the 'Slot' or 'Merge' Moto Series
end caps.
