RSD ‘Boss’ and ‘Traction’
2-up FXR seats
Using a standard foam in the seating area for
comfort, and denser foam behind the rider for extra
support, these new FXR 2-up seats have been
designed by RSD for the FXR – this year’s “comeback
kid” of the custom market.
They bolt directly on, and the use of the stock FXR
hinge is eliminated. “We took what we love about
the classic designs and blending them with nontraditional styling. While the ‘Traction’ has the added
function of gripper material, the ‘Boss’ has a detailed
triple stitch, hand-sewn lines and raised, perforated
diamond pattern, coupled with our unique distressed

vinyl.” All RSD seats are made in the U.S.A. by
Mustang.
Further features of the direct bolt-on design include
controlled density polyurethane foam, marine-grade
fiberglass seat pan, and an ergonomic seat shape
keeps the rider seated firmly and comfortably.
