of wheels, disc, pulley, and air cleaner and is offering it with a
new finish too – Contrast Ops.

T-Series long block engines
for Touring chassis
S&S CYCLE has created long block versions of its
T-Series engines for use in 2007 and later Bagger
models. The T111, T124, and T124LC long block engines
will bolt into stock Touring chassis.
The T111 is described by S&S as the ultimate
performance engine, while the T124 is suitable for a
hot rod bagger. The T124LC is a slightly lower
compression version of the T124 that is ideally suited
for heavier bikes and trikes, as well as being more
tolerant of variations in fuel quality.
T-Series long block engines have the same performance
as the company’s T-Series engines for ‘99-’06 HarleyDavidson Big Twins, but are built with the new S&S
Super Stock T2 crankcases for 2007-later baggers.
The cylinder heads on these engines are specially
machined to compensate for the non-stock cylinder
length. As a result, they are compatible with manifolds
and throttle bodies with stock length intake runners. In
addition, the breather vent bolt locations have been
adjusted so they
are in the stock
location, so stock
style air cleaner back
plates will bolt up to
these engines.
The S&S long block
engines come without
fuel systems, but the
company recommends an
S&S throttle body and a Dynojet
Power Vision tuner. The motors also
require an oil line kit for installation.
