PRODUCTS Cartridge kit for touring bikes ÖHLINS’ FKC 101 fork cartridge kit has been introduced to allow owners of Harley-Davidson FLH and FLT touring models to improve the performance of the bikes’ suspension. The new kit features an 8mm steel shaft, an aluminum damper tube and 25mm pistons. It also features the Öhlins NIX technology with rebound damping in one leg and compression damping in the other. This is said to maximize the damping available within the confined diameter of the fork leg. Due to the mounting requirements of the FLH and FLT fork legs the FKC 101 kit has no external adjusters. However, optional spring rates are available for individual rider weights, preferences and motorcycle use.
