Sportster exhausts
VANCE & Hines has released a wide range of exhaust
options for use on 2014 model year Sportsters.
The range includes the Vance & Hines Twin Slash
3in slip-ons. Offered in a choice of chrome or matt
black finishes, with 3in full-coverage heat shields
over the muffler bodies, these slip-ons are said to
offer increased performance. The mufflers are
supplied with standard louvered core baffles, while
quiet and competition baffles are available as an
option.
A second slip-on option for 2014 Sportsters are
the Straightshots HS Slip-ons. This muffler design
uses 21?2in diameter plasma arc-cut, 220-degree fullcoverage heat shields over bodies with straight cut
ends. Baffles and mounting hardware is supplied
with the slip-ons, which are available in a chrome
finish. Optional quiet baffles are also available.
Moving on from the slip-on options, Vance & Hines
has a full system available for 2014 Sportsters in the
form of the Shortshots Staggered 2-into-2 pipes.
Featuring the company’s signature twin slash end
treatment, the pipes also have full coverage heat
