Best known in the street bike and offroad / dirt bike markets, RMSTATOR has a new line of OEM replacement charging solutions for V-twin applications. Owned and operated by Founder and President Roger Masson, this is his factory’ s first‘ product specific’ entry into hugely demanding electrical component market for‘ Big Inch’ heavy duty Cranking Amp cruisers and Tourers. The line has launched with three key components – MOSFET Voltage Regulators, a direct fit OEM replacement, plug-and-play Stator design and Alternator Rotors with high grade steel capping. RM’ s V-twin Stator design is an OEM fit, enhanced reliability, plug and play direct replacement. It is manufactured with highest grade Premium Copper Windings for heat resistance up to 200 degrees C. Featuring new core lamination technology generating up to 50 % less heat than OEM counterparts, it comes as a complete package – including connector and rubber grommet.

Sawicki Speed- Intimidator Exhaust Line

Described as having been built with 1,000 plus hours of R & D, Denver, NC based Sawicki Speed ' s Intimidator Series are the " next generation of performance exhausts for Harley-Davidson M8 models." Said to represent a complete redesign, Sawicki says it believes these " to be the world ' s first fully CADdesigned Harley performance exhaust platform. " Built upon the foundation of Sawicki Speed ' s legendary 2-into-1 exhaust systems, the Intimidator Series was engineered from the ground up with maximum real-world performance in mind. From primaries to merge collectors and mufflers and mounting points, everything was digitally modeled to maximize flow optimization and fitment." At the core of the system are 1 7 / 8-inch primaries stepped to 2 inches, feeding into a larger, airflowoptimized merge collector. This design increases exhaust velocity while carefully balancing backpressure and scavenging – a combination that supports both stock displacement engines and high-performance M8 builds. The larger redesigned merge collector produces " optimal backpressure and scavenging " with claimed average HP gains over stock of + 10 M8 Bagger, + 10 M8 Softail; and average torque gains over stock of + 12 ft-lbs M8 Bagger, + 14 ft-lbs M8 Softail and 6-27 lbs weight savings over stock exhaust( varies by fitment and muffler length). Fitments are for 2017-2026 M8 Bagger / Touring / CVO models( Shorty, Mid-Length or Full- Length) and 2018-2026 Harley M8 Softail models( Shorty or Mid-Length; availability excludes Fat Boy and Breakout).
