That Polaris was looking to divest itself- one way or another- of its Indian Motorcycle ' business unit ' had been rumored for most of 2025. However, when the news dropped in October it took the motorcycle industry by surprise. It is great news that former Harley executive Michael Kennedy would be holding the reins when the next chapter of the Indian story starts.

It has been a period of change in general for the Spanish brake component manufacturer GALFER, but especially in the United States- with a new Galfer USA subsidiary and warehouse at Orlando, Florida. Galfer brought its relationship with Nevada based distributor GIOCAR to an end in favor of a new set-up that they feel will better serve its customers in USA.

There can ' t be many people who had more of an era-defining impact of off-road racing John Penton, so the news that he passed away just a few days after celebrating his 100th birthday really is a chapter closing moment. His KTM based Pentons were the first ' built-for-purpose ' off-road race bikes. After his success, all Off-Roaders have been built specifically to meet the challenges that course designers could throw at them.
