Flare Windshield Demo Kits

Mitchell, SD based Klock Werks has released these demo kits for the new Flare Windshields designed specifically for the 2023 Road Glide( FLTR) and Street Glide( FLH) half-year release models with the new style fairings. These demo kits are now being shipped to Drag Specialties and will soon be arriving at dealers across the United States. " We have had a 90 percent success rate when a rider and passenger are given the opportunity to decide which height and color matches their preference. Seats, torso length, and even helmet styles affect the experience- that ' s why we say ' It ' s ride, you decide '," says Brian Klock, CEO and Founder of Klock Werks. Dealers and distributors have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of these
FLH 2023.5
kits, which mark the completion of Klock Werks ' full Flare Windshield lineup for 2023.5 + models. The Street Glide lineup now includes 12 ", 10 ", 8 ", and 6.5 " options, while the Road Glide lineup features three sizes in both the Sport Flare( 11 ", 10 ", and 8 ")

and Pro-Touring Flare( 15 ", 13.5 ", and 12 ") categories. Participating locations will be added to the Klock Werks Dealer Locator, on the company ' s website, as part of the " Try It Before You Buy It " Demo Program. This initiative allows riders to test different Flare Windshield sizes in person and find the perfect fit for their riding style. For the best results, Klock Werks strongly recommends that riders choose a windshield they can see over, not through. " This is why selecting the right size and going for a test ride is so important. While size guides and how-to videos are available online, nothing replaces the value of a real-world test ride." www. getklocked. com

Juneau Avenue Building Turned into Distillery

After the ' More Roads ' strategic plan came the Rewire. That led to the Hardwire and now we are into another phase- the UNWIND. Notoriously, the iconic Juneau Avenue, Milwaukee Harley headquarters has stood largely empty ever since the Pandemic, certainly in terms of those who were supposed to be steering the ship, and now it is being sold off- to a distillery. Harley never managed to organize a ' you know what ' in a brewery, so now they ' ve outsourced the task to ' Central Standard ' who is to relocate its distillery operations into part of the historic industrial era vibe of Harley ' s ' Red Brick ' architectural statement. The early 20th century ambiance of the Juneau Avenue building would, among other things, have served the museum well( for example), especially given that it is adjacent to the newly created, $ 20m, Heatherwick Studio designed 4-acre Davidson Park- including its Potawatomi Serenity Garden- just in case the noise from all those pesky motorcycles and ' Rock And Roll Music ' becomes overpowering. Central Standard ' s purchase of the refurbished 73,000-square-foot space will offer full distillery production, a tasting room, distillery tours, private events and new job opportunities." Yes, Harley has sold the portion of the building that Standard will use. There ' s no way back now- what other family silver and Heritage is to be sold to the highest bidder? Harley- Davidson will continue to operate on the site " as they have done for more than 120 years." A formal groundbreaking is slated for late summer 2025, with the aim to open the new distillery to the public in late spring 2026.
