Feuling M8 Anti-Reversion Bagger Systems
Now available for 2017-2024 Milwaukee Eight Baggers, these Feuling Anti-Reversion Bagger exhausts are a " true high output 2-into-1 exhaust system for performance baggers " that are said to " get the most out of the Bagger M8 " engine. They feature proprietary exhaust technology, including patented AR Chambers that prevent exhaust gas reversion from entering the combustion chamber, allowing the use of larger diameter head pipes while maintaining high velocity gas flow. The Stepped Head Pipe has a 1 3 / 4 head pipe into the Feuling Anti-Reversion chamber, stepped to 1 7 / 8 then to a 2 ". The head pipes enter a true performance merge collector with a 2 3 / 4 exit into the straight can muffler where the baffle is stepped 2 3 / 4 to 2 7 / 8. This is Anti-Reversion technology that has been incorporated from performance legend Jim Feuling ' s automotive development work dating back to the 1970s. Designed to increase power, throttle response and fuel economy, as well as reduce carbon deposits and cylinder temperatures, the overlapping bulb chamber inside traps negative exhaust waves carrying heat and spent gases. " By blocking these waves, we also reduce exhaust gas from re-entering the combustion chamber," says CEO Luke Leatherman. " This creates a more positive intake charge and crisper throttle response. This will also allow for a leaner tune- increasing fuel economy." Additionally, Feuling ' s Stepped ' Dogball ' Muffler inserts( Patent # 5,173,576) is a concept dating from the early 1990s. They are designed to minimize the drone / hollow noise that is common in straight through mufflers " by absorbing high pitch frequencies, a unique, deep tone is produced while maintaining inertia. " This provides excellent low to mid-range torque and a signature high RPM note. The baffles are wrapped with stainless mat then fiberglass packing to extended packing life. The mufflers are finished with a high-flow billet end cap, tapered on the inside for optimal flow and sound." The hand TIG welded system comes standard with 18mm 02 bungs; adapters are included to run the
factory style 12 mm O2 sensors. Options include short or long endcap length / shape, pseudo pipes( left side) for symmetrical look, hand brushed or hand polished show finish.

Klock Tire Hugger Front Fender Fit Kit
As an alternate to traditional " full coverage " fender styles, Mitchell, SD based Klock Werks founder Brian Klock says: " Take a look at our Tire Hugger Series Front Fender options for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Designed to hug the tire closely to show off the wheel, these direct bolt-on replacement fenders will dramatically change the look of any bike." All Klock Werks front fenders are stamped from 14-gauge steel using precision, deepdraw stamping technology that ensures a consistently smooth and flawless finish, minimizing bodywork. The 14-gauge stamped steel is rigid enough to act as a fork brace. Laser cut using five-axis laser technology ensures accurate fitment for direct bolt-on installation. " We then go the extra mile to add e-coat( electro-static coating), a process that minimizes the need for bodywork and continues to resist rust and corrosion even after it ' s painted," says Brian. " Painters love our fenders and your customers will too." Fitments are available for 16 ", 17 ", 18 ", 19 "( 130 / 60-19 tire) or 21 " wheels( 120 / 70-21 and 130 / 60-21 tire). If you ' re utilizing Arlen Ness Hot Legs, you ' ll simply need to obtain Hot Legs mounting blocks from an alternative supplier." Klock Werks Front Fender Mounting Blocks are machined from billet aluminum and available in a Satin( Raw) finish. " They are designed to provide perfect spacing for easy installation of the Tire Hugger Front Fender." The ' Fit Kit ' includes front fender, Satin( Raw) mounting blocks and all necessary hardware.
