On his bad days God screams into a jar,
seals it and sends it hurtling down to earth.
Those that don’t shatter are propped on bodies
and called heads. Maybe you wondered if bodies
were dead how many would fit into jars,
or how many bodies would fill the earth
with bodies. In dreams now you hunt the earth
with twin pistols and fire on sand filled jars
when you can’t find any heads or bodies
to fill the earth
