Combining the benefits of a prime location, just 2 miles from Walt Disney World, there’ s an array of wonderful on site facilities. The Windsor Hills Resort is amongst Central Florida’ s most sought-after villa communities. Stay in one of the resort’ s 5 or 6 bedroom homes and enjoy the privacy of your own pool along with a range of facilities based around the clubhouse, including a lagoon-style pool with waterslide, fitness room, tennis courts and a small cinema.
What to expect from the villas:
The different resorts and developments tend to feature 3-6 bedroom villas, most with a private screened swimming pool. The pools are not heated but for an additional weekly charge( which varies by resort and is payable locally) this can be arranged and must be requested at the time of booking.
All villas are non-smoking and have fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. They are privately owned and individually decorated and furnished.
• Occupancy: The majority of homes will accommodate a maximum of two people per bedroom, although occupancy levels do vary, so please ask for details.

Note: All villas include sufficient linen. Optional! housekeeping services are available at an extra cost and payable locally. Cots and high chairs can also be prebooked for a supplement from $ 77 per cot per week and from $ 70 per high-chair per week. Please advise at the time of booking if either are required. A non-refundable charge of $ 8 per day( capped at 3 weeks at $ 120 and payable prior to arrival by credit card) is required to cover accidental damage to the property.
