Ame Meme
Every photograph speaks and has a soul that is part photographer, subject, pose, fashion, and viewer. It is the "ame" of the image. Ame is French for soul.
Ron Brewer is a unique photographer who chases an individual's element. I became aware of his approach and his subjects blossom within his images and was moved to write poetry. Each image has a poetic energy and together we capture it like a butterfly in our Ame Meme. These poems are embossed on the image to fuse soulful words with photograph.
Why do this? What good can occur?
It is the creation of a five dimensional art form. Photographer, subject, pose, fashion, and viewer as one.
