Indian Leaf Spring Style Springer
Designed for custom applications , this Hardbody Indian leaf spring style springer comes fully assembled in black powder-coat finish with the inline top bracket and without built-in rake ( 0 degree rake ). The standard length is 20 ", measured from the bottom of the lower tree to the axle center and is comparable to the vintage FL model fork length . The riser mounts are on 4 3 / 4 " centers and threaded 1 / 2 - 20 . The 1 " O . D . steering stem is designed for Timken type neck bearings ; Mid-USA has a neck cup conversion kit available for installation on K Models and 1952 / 1981 Sportsters ; it includes a 3 / 4 " O . D . axle .
