Many questionable supplements are purchased for enhanced body building , brain function , energy pain management , sexual pleasure or weight loss . Nutraceutical regulation is generally focused on safety and labeling , but ultimately relies on what is known as Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP ) regulations .
