TUNING TO THE MOMENT
“At certain moments you need to have discipline,
and in others, you need to just be guided by life
. . . You have to balance your willpower with the
capacity to relax and enjoy and go with the flow.”
– Paulo Coelho
As an IT leader, you already have experience
navigating through uncertainty. But right
now, there is so much more out of our

If you find a way to carve a few mindful moments of
gratitude into your day, it will make a difference.
