Leadership & Service Learning Students engage with leadership opportunities through the semester . All students take our foundational course , Capstone Leadership Course , and work to craft a Culminating Leadership Project ( CLP ), which they implement upon return home . Many students credit Alzar School as helping shape their ability to lead in high school , college , and careers .

Emily easily transitioned back . It was clear that she valued her time at Alzar and the experience of a semester school helped her to develop independence and the ability to confidently take the initiative for her own future goals and endeavors . .... Emily is a natural leader but I do think her time at Alzar gave her more confidence and ease in taking on leadership roles .
