How all this matches with the language of colour is particularly
interesting. So why not focus for a bit on the three main characters
on the stage of Alchemy: gold, royal blue and violet.
Within the Aura-Soma Colour Care System® transformation as well as
transmutation are connected to the colour violet and pale violet. Violet is
formed by equal parts of blue and red. Blue generally is associated with a
passing and red with a new beginning (amongst others). So an ending and a
new begin.
A transformation literally means leaving
behind an old form, and taking on a new hopefully improved- form.
The Ascended Master connected to (pale) violet
from an Aura-Soma point of view is St Germain,
the Master Alchemist, also said to have been
incarnated as Merlin.
Violet is related to the seventh chakra, the Crown
chakra, the area of spirituality and service.

Translated into an alchemistic process:
* in Western traditions, any change (e.g. transformation) starts with
a change of mind, which would be within the violet area of the human
body (crown chakra)
*
in Indian wisdom tradition, the Crown chakra opens as a
consequence of a transformation that started with the three energy
flows -Ida, Pingala and Sushumna- taking off in the red area (root
chakra) and meeting each other in harmony within the sixth chakra
The colour gold is formed by equal parts of yellow and orange. However gold
is not mentioned in the classical diagram of 7 chakras. However, New Age
brought us new views involving more chakras. There’s no right or wrong in
anyone’s view, it’s just a matt
