DR. JOCELYN FAYDENKO RECEIVES HONORS
This April, Jocelyn Faydenko, ND,’ 19; DC,’ 20 and NUHS Research Resident, received the 2025 Ather Ali Scholarship for Naturopathic Physicians. The scholarship is awarded by the International Congress on Integrative Medicine and Health( ICIMH) and recognizes naturopathic doctors involved in research in integrative medicine.
In early May, Dr. Faydenko presented her work at the University of Illinois’( UIC’ s) Research Day, where she won Best Presentation in the master’ s degree category. Additionally, she recently completed her Master of Science in Biostatistics at UIC.
DR. JULIA KELLEY RECEIVES STUDENT CHOICE FACULTY AWARD
In celebration of Naturopathic Medicine Week 2025, current ND students were asked to nominate the faculty member who has made the biggest impact on their educational journeys. Julia Kelley, ND,’ 19; DC,’ 20 was the 2025 recipient of this honor. Dr. Kelley received her award from( left) Dr. Randy Swenson, DC,’ 77 and NUHS Vice President for Academics Services,( right) Dr. Kelley.
DR. PAULINA ROBINSON RECEIVES HENRY LINDLAHR AWARD
Congratulations to faculty member Polina Robinson, BS,’ 14; ND,’ 19; MS; CNS; LDN; CLC, for receiving the prestigious Henry Lindlahr Award for 2024. Dr. Robinson received the award while virtually attending the Illinois Association of Naturopathic Physicians( ILANP) general meeting in December 2024.
