Dr . Rex Lee , ’ 02 , welcomed a baby boy into the family in October 2020 .
Dr . Karen Konarski-Hart , ’ 79 , was Awarded Chiropractor of the Year in February 2021 by the American Chiropractic Association ( ACA ).
She is past president of the
Arkansas State Board of Health and leader of the Pulaski County Medical Reserve Corps ; Dr . Konarski-Hart is the only doctor ever to have received this award , in addition to prior Delegate of the Year and Humanitarian of the Year awards .

In January 2021 , Dr . Jerrold Simon , ’ 84 , in collaboration with Dr . George Petruska , started their fourth Four Module 50 hour Rehab Advanced Standing Series for DCs who are looking to become Diplomates in Rehabilitation ( DACRB ). Due to the ongoing COVID epidemic , this is the first time the entire series will be completely virtual ( via Zoom format ) and not live and on location .

Dr . Shannon Johnson , ’ 92 , was recently appointed by the Governor of Kentucky to serve on the Kentucky Board of Chiropractic Examiners ( KBCE ).
Dr . Darren Hancock , ’ 95 , became the alternate National Board of Chiropractic Examiners ( NBCE ) delegate for Illinois in April 2021 .
Dr . Elise Reed Conti , ’ 03 , welcomed a baby boy into the family in July 2020 .
Dr . Jen Taylor , ’ 05 , a member of the Zuna Brands Advisory Board was cited in the company ’ s product launch in October 2020 . She has also opened a practice in Scottsdale , Arizona , and will be preforming care out of a surgical center ( Unity Physician Services ) once the pandemic subsides .
