The Irish Guards from Ternhill lead the parade with their bagpipes while our band was at the rear; we were kindly joined by some Newport air cadets collecting money. When we Cadets Vince and D. Willey www.bit.ly/newportphotos2014 reached the carnival field everyone was ready to cool down and enjoy the carnival spirt.
