Alpine is the largest town in the Big Bend

Alpine’s climate is almost perfect, with

4,500’, summers are pleasant, with highs
averaging 90 degrees. The rainy season
begins in June, bringing afternoon
showers that cool things down through
September. Winter always brings a few
snowfalls, but most days reach 60 degrees.
