If you have created a profile using Alpine Limo App, but cannot remember your passcode,
tap the “Forgot” button at the top of the screen to have your passcode reset and e-mailed to
any address you choose.
Once you’ve created a profile, you will be added to the company database and able to sign
into your profile using the passcode you selected. After you sign into your profile using a
mobile device, you will only need to enter the passcode by tapping the “With Device” button
on the login screen the next time you login.
If you are signing into your profile using a new device for the first time, you will need to
tap “With Email” and enter the e-mail address connected with your profile and your
passcode to login.
