ANGELA HEITMAN , DIRECTOR OF REGENERATIVE SERVICES
Angela Heitman , our director of regenerative services , has over twentyfour years experience with hair transplants and hair-loss prevention . She actively pursues further educating herself and has achieved certificates in stem cell preparation and laser therapy . “ I love to make a difference in someone ’ s life …. To help [ people ] overcome something that has been holding them back in life is my greatest achievement .” Angela sees herself moving from her current department into a training and leadership role . Married to her high school sweetheart , Angela has a teenage son who will soon enroll in college .
BRITTANY RICHTER , CMA
Project Manager Brittany Richter , CMA , has been with us for three years . She started as a medical assistant in the varicose vein department while in college . Working behind-the-scenes , Brittany has a bachelor of arts in Health Service Administration and hopes to get an MBA before she is thirty . She has two blue tick coonhounds , Fred and Wilma , and will be getting married in October , 2017 . “ It may get chaotic at times , but being able to work with wonderful people that feel like family in beautiful facilities with kind , caring patients makes it all worth it .”
CRYSTAL MAY , CST
Crystal May , CST , can be found helping out in many of Allure ’ s departments because she has been involved in virtually every role . She was the very first employee at Allure and moved with Dr . Mok from the hospital Emergency and Trauma Center to Allure . At the beginning , she had to do everything . She credits her childhood experiences helping care for a disabled aunt as the driving force in her decision to enter the medical field . “ It ’ s a special feeling making patients feel better about themselves emotionally and physically .” Crystal loves surgery the most so she went back to school to become a surgical technician . She now assists the surgeons in cosmetic surgery . Crystal lives in Clinton Township with her husband , Chris , and their two children , Noah and Caitlynn .
JENNIFER GRANT , CMA
Jennifer Grant ’ s ambition has taken her far at Allure . Starting out in 2006 as a medical assistant in the varicose vein department , she decided to go back to school to become a vascular technologist who specializes in the use of ultrasound . “ It ’ s a great and rewarding feeling to see the immense improvement following the vein procedures .” In the summer , she boats and fishes with her three beautiful children and amazing boyfriend . Jennifer hopes to become a registered phlebology sonographer in 2017 .

TANYA PANSKI , RN
Tanya Panski , RN , is a registered nurse who works in our surgery department . Coming up on her ten-year anniversary with Allure , she has vast experience . She began as a front desk clerk until her ambitions moved her into the billing department . She then decided to go back to school to become a nurse . Her personal experiences led her to the medical field . “ I loved my pediatrician when I was growing up and wanted to treat and care for patients the way he did . Watching my father suffer with multiple sclerosis cemented my passion in caring for people .” Tanya resides in Macomb Township with her husband , her three-year-old son , a cat , and a puppy .
