Alliance is a selective and innovative international network
composed of schools and universities sharing same philosophy and
educational objectives across the continents.

esides philosophy and pedagogical issues, members of the
Institut Paul Bocuse Alliance truly further a state of mind. The main
objective of this international alliance is to encourage cross-
educational experience by sharing the heritage of hospitality and
culinary arts, promoting the tradition and modernity of the profession
and by learning from each other. In this way, Institut Paul Bocuse
Alliance covers today 19 partners in 19 countries all among the
world’s top Hospitality, Food Service and Culinary Arts Management
schools, in Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Finland,
