F ormed in 2004 by Institut Paul Bocuse, Institut Paul Bocuse Alliance is a selective and innovative international network composed of schools and universities sharing same philosophy and educational objectives across the continents. B esides philosophy and pedagogical issues, members of the Institut Paul Bocuse Alliance truly further a state of mind. The main objective of this international alliance is to encourage cross- educational experience by sharing the heritage of hospitality and culinary arts, promoting the tradition and modernity of the profession and by learning from each other.
