Bocuse is presided by two exceptional men: Paul Bocuse, founder of
the school in 1990, and Gérard Pélisson, Chairman of the Board of
Directors since 1998. Guided by the inspiration and tireless energy of
these two world famous figures, Institut Paul Bocuse currently
welcomes 1 000 students from 53 nationalities, in 4 campuses
located around the world.
