Up and coming Louisiana chef eyes Denver restaurant scene

The sky is the limit when it comes to culinary creations by Logan Parker. It may also be why he ' s got his eye on Denver, Colorado as a potential destination to further launch his culinary career.
Parker, a native of Monroe and Farmerville, graduated from Nicholls State University ' s Chef John Folse Culinary Institute in December. This month he has begun interviewing for chef positions at restaurants across the country— beginning with Denver.
Although young, he ' s far from being inexperienced as he ' s already built an impressive resume of culinary and business education, field work and is the winner of cooking competitions.
So far, he ' s got his eye on sous chef positions at Panzano Italian restaurant and a new Argentinean-based restaurant opening in Denver in the spring. Given his ability to adapt cooking styles, he ' s ready for any kitchen.
The cuisines he cooks the most are Italian, Cajun Creole and Asian foods. Japanese dishes are his personal favorites to eat due to his love for sus
