risen to 82%.

The Catherine Hall Primary School library in Montego Bay was made possible by
donations and work from Teaching With Jamaica volunteers.
One of the biggest hurdles for Jamaican educators
is government funding. Higher performing schools
receive more money and resources. The poorer, lower
performing schools receive much less funding.
