Human beings NEED macronutrients as well as micronutrients. Carbohydrates (carbs), Proteins, and Fats are macronutrients.Vitamins and Minerals are micronutrients. They are all essential to living things. The most important ones are macronutrients. Carbs are energy, and help through vitamins and minerals. Proteins help the immune system and building/repairing our bodies. Fats are insulation, and energy as well as help vitamin absorption. Scientists led people to believe that certain foods should be cut down

Conclusion

With the cutting down of nutrients and the changing of the way people eat, our culture changed. The shelves of our stores our being stocked with packaged products. Some that have faulty advertising. We can’t do much to change this, because the food industry has that much power, as seen in 1977. Suddenly, the justice system doesn't seem as truthful. It is hard to have a good nutrition in this society, but all we can do is seek out the best foods.
