The VESS Curriculum

Professional development and training

In order to address the essential skills necessary to be an effective early childhood leader and
teacher in a 21st century school, Edu1st provides highly effective academic and practical
training by combining theory sessions with access to see the theory in action from schools that
follow the VESS curriculum.
These training sessions includes on-site and e-learning training, interactive workshops,
webinars, videos, small group sessions, the interaction of collaborative communities and visits to
classrooms featuring students and teachers engaged with a variety of strategies that help teachers
to implement the most current methodologies for teaching in the 21st century.
Coaching is an essential component of learning and professional development. Every session
of training is complemented by a session of e-coaching or/and on-site coaching.
Participants can expect a high level of professionalism and should be prepared to work deeply
and collaboratively with their colleagues who might come from schools around the world.

Edu1st has created different flexible alternatives for training and professional development.

on implementing the VESS curriculum and its unique approach to education.
