Alexander Wolfe is a man of many talents. Musician. Lyracist. Composer. Playwright. The
artistry of his soul takes many forms, the most recent of which is a re-release of his 2014 album,
From the Shallows. In addition to the beautifully arranged and artfully orchestrated studio songs,
the Deluxe Edition features live versions of eight of the original songs.
Alex is a stunning story teller. He weaves words and music seamlessly to create beautiful
tapestries of music that are simultaneously awe inspiring and easily relatable. With the live
versions of his songs the intimate relationship between artist and art is clearly laid bare. Alex’s
voice soulfully intertwines with the music, dances through the harmonies, with an ease that
belies the intricacies of his arrangements.
